Are products digital or physical?
The store website offers both digital and physical products.
Digital Products: are planners, journals, and adult coloring book pages.
Accessories: are individual physical products. The details are provided with each item located in the Mindful Accessory Collection.
How can i stay up to date?

What is the return policy?
Due to the nature of physical products, we cannot accept returns and/or exchanges for change of mind, but we're more then happy to help with damaged, lost or incorrect items. Let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.

Are any purchases final sale?
All Digital Products Are Final Sale:
Due to the immediate access and digital nature of our planners, journals, adult color pages, and any other digital materials we offer we cannot offer refunds, returns, exchanges, and/or cancellations under any circumstances once a purchase has been made.
Please contact us if any issues occur with your file(s) while downloading them after purchase.
All digital files are available to download once payment is confirmed. An email with the download link to login or create an account is sent to the email address that was provided at checkout. You will then be able to securely download your file(s). We highly recommend and encourage to SAVE your files to your drive, cloud, and/or device upon the first successful access.
When will I get my order?
- All Digital File Order Download's are instant-access NOTHING is shipped. They are available to download once payment is processed and confirmed. An email will be sent with a download link to login or create an account using the email address that was provided at checkout. You will then be able to download your file securely and save it to your drive, cloud, or device.
- All Physical Product Orders are made to order. We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information along with your tracking information.

Where are your accessory products manufactured?
Our accessory products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated at the end before purchase and is based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
